Destinations could already be filtered with AI filters. Now you can also define rule-based filters manually: map conditions on responses, user traits, and payload fields, and only feedback matching the rules is sent to the destination.
Use manual rules when the criteria are exact — a specific answer value, a user segment, a payload field — and AI filters when the criteria are easier to describe than to enumerate.
