From a form's Actions tab, Sample Data generates responses for the published version. Ratings, choices, and dates stay consistent with the form, logic jumps are followed, and responses are spread across a date range so reports have history.
Written answers can come from built-in text, placeholder text, Encatch AI, or a local model that runs in the browser. Each form can store up to 10,000 sample rows. Saved runs are removed 15 days after they were generated, and you can delete a run earlier.
On Results, switch between Live data and Sample data. Sample responses stay separate from real ones. Sample data is not available for drafts or archived forms.
