Download a form as a JSON template from the form actions menu, then upload that file into My saved templates wherever the design is needed.
This is useful when your organization runs both Encatch SaaS and an on-premises installation. Export the approved form design from one environment and import it into the other without connecting the two installations.
It also provides an offline transfer path when one project cannot access another, or when direct access to templates.encatch.com is limited. Download the template file from the source project, transfer it through your approved channel, and install it in the destination project.
Imported templates create editable drafts and do not include collected responses. See Ready Templates.
