Ready Templates

Create feedback forms from pre-built templates—browse by role, industry, and goal, preview live, customize, and publish

The Ready Templates gallery is your central hub for quickly creating feedback forms from expertly designed, pre-built templates. After you click + Create Feedback Form and choose From Template, browse the gallery to find a template tailored to your use case, preview it live, and customize it before publishing.

Why Use Ready Templates?

  • Best-practice design — Templates are designed for common feedback scenarios (NPS, CSAT, feature requests, onboarding) with appropriate question types and flow.
  • Quick discovery — Browse by role, industry, behaviour, or goal; search by name; and filter to find the right template fast.
  • Live preview — Preview any template before using it, then launch or customize in minutes.
  • Full control — Templates are starting points. You keep full control to add, remove, or edit any question, page, or option before launch.

Accessing the Ready Templates Page

  1. In the encatch dashboard, click + Create Feedback Form in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose From Template from the dropdown menu to open the Ready Templates gallery.
