Scaling Within Your Plan
Usage limits — responses, monthly active users, AI credits, and destinations — can often be scaled directly from the billing screen in your admin console without changing plans. If you need more than your plan allows, talk to us.
Understanding Pricing: MAU & Usage Limits
Encatch pricing is based on Monthly Active Users (MAU) — the number of unique users who respond to a feedback form, are identified in your app via the SDK, or trigger a tracked event during your billing cycle.
