Members
Invite and manage members who have access to a specific project.
Inviting project members
- Only users with appropriate permissions can invite members at the project level.
- Project-level invitations grant access only to that project, according to the role you assign.
- People you invite are auto-accepted to the project. If a user has not joined encatch yet, their status appears as invited; otherwise active.
- An invitation email is sent so the member can access the project.
Important Notes
- A member assigned at the organization level cannot also be added at the project level, and vice versa.
- To add someone at the project level only, remove them from the organization member list first if they were invited org-wide.
- Organization owners have access to all projects and cannot be removed from the organization.
Enterprise feature
Enterprises can send invitation emails from their own email domain or use encatch's domain with custom branding and mail content.
