Project Date & Time

Configure organization-level date, time, and calendar defaults—including time zone—for projects and feedback forms.

Overview

Project Date & Time settings define how dates and times appear across organization-level views and what defaults apply when you create new projects. You choose a Time zone and First day of the week.

These defaults give administrators flexibility to align each project—and the feedback forms configured in that project—with the time zone of the people who respond. Scheduling, visibility windows, and how dates appear in reports and dashboards follow the project’s date and time settings rather than a single global clock.

Organization-level values apply to new projects and organization screens. Existing projects keep their own date and time settings until you change them at the project level.

Where to find it

  1. In the admin sidebar, open Manage Org & Projects.
  2. Select your organization.
  3. Open Settings, then Date & time.

You need permission to manage the organization. If you do not see Manage org & projects or Settings, ask your organization administrator.

Configure date and time defaults

  1. On Date & time, open the Time zone dropdown and select the region that matches your team or your respondents (for example, +05:30 India Time — Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad).
  2. Open First day of the week and choose which day calendars and week-based views should start on (for example, Monday).
  3. Select Save Changes.

Changes apply to organization-level views and to new projects you create after saving. Projects that already existed keep the time zone and first day of the week they had before, unless you update those projects separately.
