Destinations
Route feedback from Encatch to email, chat, issue trackers, webhooks, and other external tools
Destinations control where feedback goes after someone submits a form. Connect a destination to a feedback form, and Encatch forwards each response to the tool your team already uses — in real time or on a schedule, depending on how you configure the trigger.
Use AI Filters to decide which submissions reach a destination. For example, send Slack alerts only when a CSAT rating is 3 or below, or forward bug reports to Jira while skipping general praise.

How destinations work
- Create a destination — In the Encatch dashboard, open Destinations and click Add Destination. Choose a connector (Email, Slack, Jira, and so on).
- Link it to a form — Attach the destination to one or more feedback forms. Only published forms appear in the picker.
- Configure the payload — Set recipients, channels, issue templates, or webhook URLs. Most connectors support Liquid tags and test output before you go live.
- Optional: add an AI filter — On the destination, enable an AI Filter to forward only submissions that match your prompt.
Each destination guide below walks through credentials, field mapping, and troubleshooting for that connector.
