Purge Data
Remove a form's responses with Clear all or a time range, and cancel a queued purge
Purge Data is on the Actions tab, beside Results. The tab is available after you publish. On an archived form, Purge Data is the only Actions option.
Purge Data permanently removes this form's responses across all its versions.
Choose Check responses first. The purge runs only after you confirm it.
- Clear all removes every response of this form up to now and resets who has seen it.
- Time range removes responses that started in a window within the last 15 days. Who has seen the form is not changed. The choices are Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 15 days, and Custom (within 15 days). Choose All respondents, Identified only, or Anonymous only.
Each request is kept in History. You can Cancel one that is still Queued.
