Sample Data
Generate sample responses for a published form and review them separately from live results
Sample Data is on the Actions tab, beside Results. The tab is available after you publish. Sample data is not available for drafts or archived forms.
Sample Data generates responses for this form's published version. Ratings, choices, and dates stay consistent with the form, logic jumps are followed, and responses are spread across a date range so reports have history. Only written answers and context values can come from an AI. Unpublished edits are not included until you publish them.
Written answers can come from Built-in, Lorem ipsum, Encatch AI, or a Local model.
Each form can store up to 10,000 saved sample rows. Saved runs are removed 15 days after they were generated. You can delete a run earlier from Saved runs.
On Results, switch between Live data and Sample data. Sample responses stay separate from live ones.
